Key responsibilities include:
- Attracting active passive candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and events
- Screening resumes and conducting interviews
- Recommending candidates to hiring managers
- Managing ATS workflows and reporting
- Building talent pipelines and community partnerships
- Creating offers and ensuring all background checks are completed
Must-haves:
- 5–7 years of recruiting or sales/recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing & persuasion skills
- Experience recruiting in commercial banking
- Good communication, multitasking, and relationship-building skills
