Overview We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead data analytics and AI transformation initiatives across connectivity systems. This role drives strategy, delivery, and adoption of analytics, automation, and AI solutions that improve engineering efficiency, system reliability, and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the Analytics & AI roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy and data platform capabilities
- Identify, size, and prioritize high‑value use cases (data quality, validation automation, anomaly detection, predictive reliability, AI‑assisted diagnostics)
- Lead development and governance of data products, KPIs, and dashboards
- Apply AI/ML and GenAI to engineering workflows: validation automation, fault detection, predictive insights, diagnostics, and root‑cause analysis
- Manage a portfolio of initiatives with disciplined execution and executive‑ready insights
- Act as a trusted advisor to engineering, service, and governance stakeholders
- Build and lead a high‑performing team across analytics, data engineering, and applied AI
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or related quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience leading analytics and/or AI initiatives in complex engineering or technology environments
- Demonstrated people leadership experience managing managers and technical professionals
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous engineering problems into scalable data and AI solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or MBA)
- Experience with connected systems, IoT data, or embedded/cloud ecosystems
- Familiarity with modern data platforms, analytics tooling, and ML/AI delivery patterns
- Experience operating in a governed enterprise AI environment

Salary : $140,000 - $195,000
