Job Title: Account Manager / Sales Manager – Global & Americas
Overview
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead strategic accounts across the Americas and support global business growth. This role is responsible for driving revenue, expanding customer relationships, and executing sales strategies across direct and distributor channels.
You will serve as the primary customer interface, owning account performance, enabling design-in opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires a blend of technical understanding, commercial acumen, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, quoting, and demand creation
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with market trends, TAM/SAM analysis, and company objectives
- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals
- Monitor sales performance (bookings, billings) and implement corrective actions as needed
- Strengthen market positioning through effective internal and external communication
Account Management & Customer Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing all communications and customer interactions
- Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Lead technical discussions, product presentations, and project coordination to secure design wins
- Manage pricing strategies, contracts, and inventory in alignment with global policies
- Ensure timely communication of product availability, development timelines, and updates
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and technical support teams to deliver customer solutions
- Coordinate with distributors and sales representatives to drive regional and global alignment
- Ensure timely follow-up on technical inquiries, project updates, and customer requests
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities, providing actionable insights to leadership
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM updates
- Analyze internal systems (e.g., ATAC, AGNIS, ACROS) to inform strategy and performance
- Prepare and submit customer visit and engagement reports in a timely manner
Global Coordination & Sales Operations
- Collaborate with global teams to expand international business opportunities
- Ensure alignment across regions through consistent communication and shared account strategies
- Manage quoting processes in compliance with company pricing policies and procedures
Product Promotion & Technical Enablement
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and partners
- Support new product introductions, reference designs, and design-in initiatives
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams, distributors, and customers
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase product adoption
Qualifications

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Solid understanding of sales processes, account management, and business development
- Interest or experience in electronics, engineering, or OEM-related industries
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license required
Preferred
- Fluency in Japanese (read/write/speak) is a plus
