Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our analytics roadmap and provide actionable insights that drive business and marketing performance. Based in Morristown, NJ, this role partners with business and marketing teams to analyze campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), with the ability to translate data into compelling visualizations and clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities include developing dashboards and reports, performing deep-dive marketing analytics, measuring campaign ROI, and identifying trends that inform strategy. The Data Analyst will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data capabilities and contribute to building a data-driven culture.
Candidates should bring strong marketing analytics experience, advanced data modeling and analysis skills, and at least 3 years of experience working with large datasets. Prior exposure to the financial services or banking industry is a plus
