IT Systems Manager

A well-established global manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced IT & Information Systems Manager to lead and oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, information security, business systems, and IT operations across North American operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for IT strategy, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, vendor management, business applications, and internal IT team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise IT infrastructure including networks, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments.
- Manage cybersecurity initiatives, disaster recovery, backups, and ISO 27001 / ISMS compliance.
- Oversee Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Windows environments.
- Manage Cisco networking technologies including firewalls, VPNs, wireless, routing, switching, and unified communications.
- Support and optimize business applications including ERP, CRM, and enterprise reporting platforms.
- Own IT budgeting, asset lifecycle management, software licensing, and vendor relationships.
- Lead internal IT staff and third-party managed service providers.
- Drive IT strategy, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Experience:
- 7 years of experience managing complex enterprise IT environments.
- Strong expertise across Cisco networking and Microsoft technologies.
- Experience with VMware virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, endpoint protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Experience managing IT vendors, budgets, and infrastructure projects.
- Prior leadership experience managing IT teams and support operations.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
