Overview:
The Fund Administrator plays a vital role in managing all activities related to a portfolio of pooled investment vehicles. This position supports and guides colleagues and business partners, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables. The role requires efficient and effective management of internal and external customer requirements through multi-tasking, problem-solving, troubleshooting, analysis, and effective communication. The Fund Administrator will interact with and manage external business partners and lead process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee activities related to pooled investment vehicles.
- Support and guide colleagues and business partners.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
- Efficiently and effectively manage requirements of internal and external customers.
- Perform multi-tasking, problem-solving, troubleshooting, analysis, and effective communication.
- Manage external business partners.
- Initiate and lead process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in fund administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably with a focus on Accounting or Finance.
Skills:
- Proficient accounting knowledge, preferably in fund valuation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in standard desktop applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Advanced Excel skills, such as macro writing, would be a plus.
Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
