Investigative Aide
The Nevada State Contractors Board is seeking a full-time Investigative Aide and requests all interested and qualified person to apply. The position reports to the Investigations Supervisor in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, ability to meet customer expectations in a positive and professional manner, and possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares correspondence, reports and other documentation in support of investigative duties.
- Prepare and scan documents into assigned document storage system.
- Provides preliminary review and routing of documents.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Responds to general customer inquiries and calls.
- Enters data from source documents and identifies related data components.
- Answer incoming calls and responds to requests for information.
- Performs general support duties for investigations department.
- Willing to perform all other duties as assigned.
- Graduation from high school or equivalent education.
