Job Summary:
The Sales Associate is responsible for converting inbound leads and outbound prospects into paying clients for I.E. Health’s training and coaching services. This role is client-facing and relationship-driven, focused on understanding client needs and matching them with the appropriate training solution.
This individual represents the I.E. Health brand and plays a key role in revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads (website, social, referrals, campaigns)
- Conduct initial consultations (phone, video, or in-person)
- Educate prospects on I.E. Health services and offerings
- Close sales for:
- In-person training
- Online coaching
- Programs and challenges
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
- Hit weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets
- Collaborate with coaches to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Uphold brand standards and customer experience expectations
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort discussing health, fitness, and lifestyle goals
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to follow scripts while personalizing conversations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fitness, wellness, or coaching environments
- Familiarity with CRM systems - GoHighLevel/Twilio
- Understanding of Trainerize or similar platforms (a plus)
Commission Structure
- 5–10% commission on closed sales
- Commission paid on:
- First month of training
- Program sales
- Example:
- $300/month client → $15–$30 commission
- $1,000 package → $50–$100 commission
