Job Description: Are you passionate about marketing and technology? Do you have a knack for social media, online marketing, and building relationships with customers? If so, we want you to join our dynamic marketing team as a Social Media Production Assistant. This position offers an exciting opportunity to kickstart or enhance your marketing career while promoting our geolocation app to businesses and consumers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing:
• Create and manage engaging social media content across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media channels for customer engagement, comments, and messages.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and user engagement.
Online Marketing:
• Assist in developing and implementing online marketing strategies, including email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize landing pages, content, and ads to drive user acquisition and retention.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Utilize Our CRM tools to maintain and update customer databases.
• Assist in creating personalized communication to nurture and retain customers.
• Monitor and report on customer engagement and feedback.
Face-to-Face Marketing:
• Represent our Company at local events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
• Build positive relationships with local businesses and potential customers by presenting the benefits of our geolocation app.
• Data Analysis:
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports to share insights and recommendations with the marketing team.
