What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator/ Sales Support position at Employnet Inc?
We are seeking a temporary part-time team member for a 4–6 month assignment to support two major company projects: our transition to Shopify and the implementation of a new inventory management system.
This role will help keep both projects organized and moving forward by coordinating tasks, scheduling meetings with our team in Mexico, and supporting communication across teams. Additional responsibilities include order entry and providing general support to our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Help coordinate Shopify migration and inventory system implementation projects
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal teams, including our Mexico-based team
- Track action items and help keep projects on schedule
- Enter customer orders and maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines
- Experience with Shopify, inventory systems, or sales support is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
This is a temporary, part-time position expected to last approximately 4–6 months.
Schedule Monday- Friday 9a-2p
