Position Overview
HR MGMT 10, LLC is seeking a creative and technically skilled Video Editor & Photographer to produce and edit high-quality visual content across advertising, social media, digital marketing, and brand campaigns.
This role is responsible for editing video content and capturing photography that supports paid media, organic social, website, and promotional initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both traditional editing tools and AI-assisted platforms to streamline workflows, enhance production quality, and optimize content for performance.
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who understands visual storytelling, platform-specific formats, and modern content production workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Post-Production

Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content for:

Paid advertisements

Social media platforms

Websites and digital campaigns

Manage full post-production workflows including cutting, sequencing, sound design, color correction, and motion graphics

Utilize AI-assisted editing tools to improve efficiency, quality, and turnaround time
Photography & Visual Capture

Capture high-quality photography for products, lifestyle shoots, events, and brand assets

Edit and retouch photos for use across digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce

Ensure visual assets align with brand standards and campaign goals
Advertising & Social Media Content

Produce short-form and long-form video content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta
-
Adapt content formats, ratios, and pacing based on platform requirements

Support creative testing by producing multiple variations of ads and content edits
AI & Workflow Optimization

Use AI-powered tools (e.g., Adobe AI features, Descript, Runway, or similar platforms) to streamline editing, captions, resizing, and enhancements

Stay current on emerging AI tools and integrate them into creative workflows where appropriate
Asset Management & Organization

Organize and maintain video and photo asset libraries, including raw files, project files, exports, and final deliverables

Follow naming conventions and folder structures to ensure assets are easy to locate and reuse
Creative Collaboration

Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to execute visual concepts

Receive creative direction and provide input on visual execution and improvements

Support deadlines and fast turnarounds for campaigns and launches
Qualifications
Required
-
3 years of professional experience in video editing and content production

Strong proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

Experience using AI-assisted editing tools or features
-
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and platform-specific content requirements

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and strong creative execution skills
Preferred

Photography experience with both studio and lifestyle shoots

Experience editing content for paid advertising and social media growth

Familiarity with wellness, lifestyle, CPG, or regulated industries

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field (preferred, not required)
