Seeding & Fulfillment Associate (2 Openings)

Location: Tustin, CA
Pay: $18–$20/hr
Status: Full-Time • Non-Exempt
Shifts: Monday–Friday

• AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• PM Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  Must be flexible to switch between AM and PM shifts when needed.

Muha Meds is hiring two Seeding & Fulfillment Associates to support hemp product fulfillment, inventory control, and compliant shipment processing. This role is fast-paced, accuracy-driven, and crucial to supporting our wholesale, retail, and influencer distribution channels.

What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack, label, and ship hemp product orders (master cases, samples, seeding kits)

• Ensure all shipments meet hemp compliance and labeling standards

• Track, update, and reconcile inventory daily

• Prepare shipments via ShipStation, Shopify, PirateShip, and Google Sheets

• Communicate restock needs and coordinate product movement

• Support new product rollouts, retail expansions, and seeding campaigns

• Identify and troubleshoot shipping or fulfillment issues

Requirements

• 1–2 years warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce experience

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

• Experience using ShipStation, Shopify, or similar tools

• Must have a valid forklift certification on day one

• Must be fully proficient with pallet jacks

• Must be comfortable switching between AM and PM shifts

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• Experience in hemp, wellness, or CPG is a plus
