POSITION SUMMARY
The Seeding & Fulfillment Associate plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, on-time delivery of products to retail partners, wholesale accounts, and internal operations. This position oversees order processing, packaging, and shipment of master cases and product samples, maintaining precision across all inventory, labeling, and fulfillment tasks.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment. They’re comfortable using fulfillment platforms, communicating with warehouse partners, and maintaining inventory accuracy to support seamless product flow across multiple brands in the hemp and wellness space.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Order & Shipment Coordination

Process and fulfill wholesale, retail, and internal product orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Prepare, label, and ship master cases, sample boxes, and bulk product orders through 3PL or in-house fulfillment systems.

Maintain and update tracking logs for all outgoing shipments using tools such as ShipStation, PirateShip, or Shopify.

Ensure shipments meet quality and compliance standards, including product labeling, expiration tracking, and proper documentation.

Troubleshoot shipping issues such as address errors, delays, or damaged goods, and coordinate timely resolutions.
Inventory Management

Track and reconcile product inventory across warehouses and fulfillment locations.

Monitor low-stock alerts and coordinate with production or procurement for restock needs.

Support inventory audits, product counts, and system updates to ensure data accuracy.

Maintain clear communication between fulfillment, production, and operations teams on stock movement and availability.
Reporting & Logistics Support

Generate weekly fulfillment and shipping reports summarizing case volume, delivery timelines, and error rates.

Support logistics planning for upcoming product launches, seasonal pushes, or new distribution partners.

Assist with packaging improvements, labeling updates, and process optimizations to enhance speed and consistency.

Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and state/federal hemp product shipping regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce distribution.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.

Proficient in spreadsheets, Google Drive, and fulfillment platforms (Shopify, ShipStation, PirateShip, etc.).

Self-starter with clear communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of hemp, wellness, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

COMPENSATION & PERKS

Hourly Range: $18 - $20 per hour, commensurate with experience.
