This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations within the packaging department, ensuring the accurate preparation, inspection, and packaging of products for manufacturing and distribution. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily warehouse tasks, including preparing products for manufacturing and distribution.
- Troubleshoot and adapt to changing priorities to meet order demands efficiently.
- Inspect products for defects and verify accuracy of counts before packaging.
- Conduct in-process quality checks to maintain product standards and make inventory adjustments as needed.
- Interpret and follow the production schedule, ensuring proper materials are in inventory and ready for use.
- Operate and maintain packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
- Accurately complete documentation related to production and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is a plus.
