Position Summary
HR MGMT 10, LLC is an Employer of Record providing workforce support services to partnered brands operating in regulated and consumer product industries. The Operational Reporting & Insights Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs that provide leadership with clear visibility into performance and execution.
This role is execution focused and supports established reporting workflows and decision making processes. It does not own organizational design, people strategy, or governance of reporting standards. The role exists to ensure data flows cleanly, reporting is consistent, and leadership receives clear, actionable insights rather than raw or fragmented information.
Core Responsibilities
1. Reporting Development & Maintenance
Build and maintain operational reporting templates for departments, projects, and external partners
Update dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports according to established requirements
Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, timely, and clearly presented
Maintain consistency across approved reporting formats and structures
2. KPI Tracking & Performance Analysis
Track and analyze assigned KPIs and operational performance metrics
Identify trends, variances, risks, and performance gaps
Prepare written summaries and insight driven analysis for leadership review
Support leadership with data backed performance visibility
3. Data Flow & Reporting Support
Support defined reporting workflows from departments to operations and leadership
Compile, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources
Flag data inconsistencies, gaps, or anomalies for review by operations leadership
4. Cross Functional Reporting Support
Partner with internal teams to gather required reporting inputs
Clarify metric definitions and reporting expectations as provided by leadership
Support consistent use of approved reporting formats and templates
5. Insights & Continuous Improvement
Recommend improvements to reporting clarity, structure, and usability
Assist with automation or efficiency improvements where applicable
Support ad hoc reporting requests and special analyses as needed
Qualifications
Required
Experience in operational reporting, analytics, or business analysis
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Proficiency with reporting tools including Excel, dashboards, and BI platforms
Ability to translate data into clear written summaries and insights
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity
Preferred
Experience supporting multi department or cross functional operations
Familiarity with KPI tracking and operational performance metrics
Experience working in regulated or operational environments

Reports are accurate, timely, and easy to interpret
KPIs are clearly tracked and understood across teams
Data issues are identified early and escalated appropriately
Leadership receives actionable insights rather than raw data
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 annually
Placement within the range is based on experience, analytical capability, and demonstrated success supporting operational reporting and performance analysis.
