Location: Los Angeles, CA. 

Position Summary

The Brand Ambassador for Muha Meds will actively promote the company’s products and services to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This role involves representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at events, retail locations, and in community spaces, fostering strong connections with customers and stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Brand Representation: Serve as the face of Muha Meds, ensuring all interactions reflect the brand’s mission, values, and reputation.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers, educating them on product features, benefits, and proper use to drive loyalty and sales.
• Event Participation: Attend and support promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Product Promotion: Distribute promotional materials, samples, and other resources while effectively communicating key product information.
• Feedback Collection: Gather insights from customers, retailers, and events to provide valuable input to the marketing and sales teams.
• Retail Support: Assist retail partners with merchandising, in-store promotions, and product demonstrations.
• Social Media Engagement: Collaborate on creating and sharing engaging content on social platforms to connect with target audiences.

Qualifications

• Passion for the cannabis or wellness industry and a strong understanding of Muha Meds products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to attend events and meet customer needs.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and energetic personality.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or promotional roles preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable product guidelines (for Dialed Moods).

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, and engage with customers for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry promotional materials and product samples (up to 25 lbs).

Work Environment

This role involves working in various settings, including retail locations, trade shows, outdoor events, and office environments. Travel within the designated territory is required.
