Position Overview
The Electrician is responsible for performing electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work at the HQ facility. This includes supporting specialized wellness equipment such as ice baths and saunas, as well as general facility electrical systems. The Electrician ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, panels, and circuits.

Perform installation and service work on ice baths, saunas, HVAC systems, and other specialized equipment.

Conduct routine inspections to identify hazards, defects, or maintenance needs.

Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.

Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, state, and local electrical codes.

Document work performed and maintain accurate service and inspection records.

Collaborate with Facilities Management, Operations, and outside contractors as needed.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures, reporting hazards promptly.
Qualifications

Valid state Electrician License (Journeyman or Master).

Minimum 3 years of experience as an electrician in a commercial, industrial, or facility setting.

Experience with installation and maintenance of wellness-related equipment (saunas, ice baths, spa systems) preferred.

Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.

Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and troubleshooting techniques.

Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and climbing ladders.

Must be able to work in environments with varying temperatures (hot and cold).

Ability to wear and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Work Environment
This position is based at the HQ facility and may involve working in production areas, wellness spaces, and mechanical rooms. The role requires flexibility to support occasional after-hours or emergency electrical needs.
