Position Summary
The Director of SEO & Digital Integrations leads the strategic direction and technical execution of all search engine optimization, digital architecture, and API-based ecosystem integrations across our digital brands.
This role blends high-level strategy with hands-on implementation—driving visibility, connectivity, and performance across our digital platforms through advanced SEO frameworks, AI-assisted analytics, and system integrations that connect e-commerce, CRM, and content networks.
The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical architect and creative problem-solver—someone who thrives at the intersection of data, development, and digital marketing innovation.
Core Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute enterprise-level SEO strategies to strengthen organic presence across multiple brand websites.

Lead keyword research, audits, site architecture planning, and content optimization using AI-driven tools for forecasting and competitive insights.

Oversee backlink acquisition, partner outreach, and content authority initiatives with performance-based KPIs.

Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure SEO principles are embedded across all brand communications.
API & System Integrations

Architect, implement, and maintain API integrations across social media (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn) for automated publishing, analytics, and data flow.

Manage secure API key generation, tracking, and integration protocols.

Oversee WooCommerce-to-Zoho integrations for CRM synchronization, analytics, and inventory accuracy.

Partner with IT and development teams to align technical SEO with CMS, e-commerce, and digital marketing stacks.
AI & Data Optimization

Leverage AI technologies to enhance content strategy, personalization, and predictive analytics.

Build and maintain real-time performance dashboards (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console, Zoho Analytics).

Analyze traffic, conversions, and ranking data to produce actionable recommendations and monthly executive summaries.
Web Experience & CSS Optimization

Implement CSS and structural updates that enhance site speed, user experience, and crawlability.

Collaborate with developers to continuously test and optimize page load times, mobile responsiveness, and UX design for SEO impact.
Leadership & Collaboration

Serve as the in-house expert and mentor for SEO, integrations, and AI optimization practices.

Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, and Product to align digital initiatives with business objectives.

Stay at the forefront of evolving search algorithms, AI developments, and API integration standards.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5 years of progressive experience in SEO strategy, technical optimization, and system integrations.

Proven expertise in backlink development, site auditing, and competitive SEO intelligence.

Advanced knowledge of API integration workflows and key management.

Experience with WooCommerce, Zoho CRM (or comparable tech stack).

Proficiency with Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console, and similar platforms.

Solid grasp of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JS basics).

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Salary Range: $85,000 – $120,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
