About the Company:
We are a growing company actively managing multiple brands and intellectual property portfolios. We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal with specific experience in trademark application work to support our in-house legal and compliance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation and filing of U.S. and international trademark applications.
- Track and maintain trademark deadlines, renewals, and filings in docketing systems.
- Organize and maintain trademark files, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
- Conduct preliminary trademark searches and prepare summaries for review.
- Draft routine correspondence with the USPTO, outside counsel, and internal stakeholders.
- Support legal team with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience assisting with trademark applications and filings (USPTO/WIPO).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with USPTO’s TEAS system preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal support experience preferred, but not required.
