Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and systems-driven Content Flow Manager to build, manage, and optimize our entire content ecosystem for two fast-growing wellness and lifestyle brands with multiple subdivisions.
This role is responsible for creating a centralized content database where every piece of content lives, keeping it organized, easily searchable, and consistently updated. You will oversee the full lifecycle of content, from intake to storage to distribution, ensuring all assets are delivered to the right teams (ads, social media, email, website, influencers, partnerships, and emerging channels).
You will play a strategic role in determining what content performs best where, directing edit variations, identifying gaps in the content library, and recommending new content needs based on performance, trends, and departmental requests. This role collaborates closely with our executive team, influencer managers, social media managers, design managers, email manager, ad strategist, and content strategist to ensure seamless content flow across all channels.Your work ensures that every division has exactly what they need, when they need it, in the correct format.
Key Responsibilities
Content Organization & Database Management

Build and maintain a comprehensive content library where all raw assets, edits, exports, briefs, thumbnails, and metadata live.

Implement an organization system that is intuitive, searchable, and functional across departments.

Ensure all content is labeled, tagged, archived, and trackable by type, campaign, product, and platform.

Maintain an active directory of new edits, unused clips, influencer submissions, product shots, UGC, and high-priority content buckets.
Cross-Department Content Distribution

Distribute content seamlessly to all necessary divisions including:

Paid ads

Social media
-
Email marketing
-
Influencers
-
Website/e-commerce
-
Retail partners
-
PR, events, and new media opportunities

Ensure that every platform receives the correct file type, ratio, variation, and messaging.
Content Strategy & Edit Direction (Collaboration with managers)

Determine which content types perform best on which channels and advise teams accordingly.

Direct editors on needed variations, hooks, lengths, subtitles, formats, and optimizations.

Collaborate with marketing, creative, and leadership to map where content should live in the funnel.

Create systems for testing content performance and applying insights to future edits.
Content Needs Forecasting

Identify content gaps and anticipate future needs based on product launches, top performers, seasonality, and platform trends.

Communicate needed shoots, themes, talent, and UGC to the Creative Manager/Marketing Director.

Coordinate with teams to schedule new content production and ensure coverage for upcoming campaigns.
Workflow & Operational Excellence

Create SOPs for content with naming conventions, saving structures, and distribution processes.

Serve as the central point of communication between editors, marketing divisions, and leadership.

Ensure no content gets lost, duplicated, or underutilized.
Requirements

3–5 years of experience in content management, creative operations, or marketing project management.

Proven experience building organizational systems, databases, or content libraries.

Excellent understanding of digital content formats across paid ads, social, email, and e-commerce.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Highly detail-oriented with strong operational discipline.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in e-commerce, wellness, lifestyle, or CPG industries.

Familiarity with content and organization tools (Airtable, Notion, Drive systems, Dropbox, Tagging systems, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, etc.).

Understanding of what makes content perform on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta ads.

Ability to translate creative needs into organized operational systems.

Experience working with large content volumes, UGC pipelines, or influencer-driven campaigns.
