Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse at all times. Cleaning of the warehouse accounts for approximately 50% of your time on the job.
- Trimming: Carefully trim cannabis flower to ensure high-quality finished products.
- Packaging: Accurately package cannabis products in compliance with state regulations and company guidelines, including labeling, sealing, and ensuring proper weight measurements.
- Quality Control: Inspect and ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards before packaging.
- Compliance: Adhere to all industry standards, local, and state regulations related to cannabis trimming, packaging, and safety.
