Job Summary

HR MGMT 10, LLC is seeking a talented 3D Product Visualization Artist to bring cannabis and kratom products to life through high-quality 3D renderings and visual assets. This role requires a creative professional with a strong eye for detail who can develop realistic and dynamic product visualizations for marketing, packaging, and digital content. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams—including design, marketing, and production—to enhance brand identity and customer engagement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

3D Design & Visualization

• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and renderings for cannabis and kratom products, packaging, and promotional materials.

• Develop photorealistic visualizations for product presentations, advertising, e-commerce, and social media.

• Generate animated product visualizations and interactive 3D content as needed.

Collaboration & Brand Alignment

• Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all visual assets.

• Assist in material sourcing and selection by creating digital representations of various packaging options.

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and production teams to align creative output with project goals.

Technical Skills & Innovation

• Utilize 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or similar) to develop detailed product representations.

• Apply render engines (Redshift, Octane, V-Ray) to achieve high-quality results.

• Optimize 3D assets for print, digital, and AR/VR applications.

• Stay current with design trends, visualization techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously elevate quality.

Project & Workflow Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain an organized workflow, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, 3D Art, Animation, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2 years of experience in 3D modeling and product visualization, preferably in consumer goods, cannabis, or kratom industries.

• Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Maya, or ZBrush.

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for post-production and compositing.

• Knowledge of materials, textures, and lighting for realistic rendering.

• Experience with AR/VR and interactive 3D content is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to work collaboratively.

Work Environment & Additional Information

• Full-time, on-site role at Costa Mesa, CA location.

• Occasional travel to trade shows or industry events may be required.

Compensation & Classification

• Employment Status: Exempt (salaried, not eligible for overtime).
