We are seeking a licensed Texas PE with strong municipal relationships who is ready to build and lead a growing water and wastewater practice in McAllen, TX.
This is not a traditional Senior Project Manager role. This is a leadership opportunity for a seller-doer who wants autonomy, visibility, and the ability to shape a regional practice with executive support.
If you have successfully delivered municipal water or wastewater projects and are interested in expanding your impact beyond project execution, this role offers the platform to do so.
What You Will Lead
• Growth and expansion of municipal water and wastewater services in McAllen
• Client relationships with City of Houston departments, MUDs, and public agencies
• Proposal development and interview leadership
• Winning and delivering two to three significant municipal projects annually
• Technical oversight, QA/QC, and team mentorship
• Development of regional strategy and long-term client partnerships

What You Bring
• B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university
• Texas Professional Engineer license
• 10 years of municipal water and wastewater experience
• Direct experience with comparable Texas municipalities
• Proven success in client development and proposal leadership
• Strong knowledge of water distribution, wastewater collection, lift stations, force mains, storage, and treatment systems
• Ability to lead teams and deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Texas Professional Engineer license
• 10 years of municipal water and wastewater experience
• Direct experience with comparable Texas municipalities
• Proven success in client development and proposal leadership
