This is a part-time role with full-time potential, and some remote work is available.
Key Responsibilities
· Welcome clients and visitors, creating a warm and professional first impression in person and over the phone.
· Coordinate office operations, schedules, and day-to-day administrative activities.
· Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics for advisors.
· Prepare client meeting materials and assist with follow-up communications.
· Maintain accurate client records and assist with account paperwork and document management.
· Support client communications, appointment reminders, and general inquiries.
· Coordinate client workshops, educational events, and office activities.
· Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment.
· Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure exceptional client service.
· Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
· Three to five years’ experience in an administrative, office coordination, customer service, or executive support role preferred.
· Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or another professional office environment is a plus but not required.
· Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
· Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, growing business.
· Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
· Must take personality assessments and pass a background check.

Position Info
· This position has room to grow from a part-time to full-time role.
· Bonus Potential: Quarterly bonuses are available.
· Weekly Hours: Weekly 29 Mon – Thur: On-Site 6 Hours and Friday Remote 5 Hours
Hybrid work-from-home option may be considered
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
