Employment Solutions is hiring for our client in Milford, CT. We’re seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative for a priority, immediate-start role. This position plays a key role in managing customer accounts, reviewing and processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process customer orders with accuracy
- Generate quotes and proposals, maintain CRM/ERP records
- Act as liaison between customers and internal teams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide account support, forecasts, and resolve issues quickly
Qualifications:
- 5 years in customer service (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
