We’re partnering with a stable manufacturing company in the materials processing industry to hire a Marketing & Business Development Manager. This role owns end‑to‑end marketing strategy and execution for a growing B2B organization.
What You’ll Do
- Lead B2B marketing strategy across traditional and digital channels
- Manage trade shows, print, direct mail, product launches, and marketing collateral
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and re‑engagement
- Own digital marketing: website management, SEO, PPC/Google Ads, social media, analytics, and email campaigns
- Analyze sales, market, and competitor data to guide strategy
- Manage outside marketing agencies and vendors
- Support the sales team and coordinate cross‑functionally
- Oversee brand messaging, corporate communications, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven success in B2B marketing (manufacturing/industrial strongly preferred)
- Strong experience with SEO, PPC, websites, email marketing, and analytics
- Analytical, organized, and project‑oriented
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
