Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals supporting multiple client organizations.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, identifying opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness, talent alignment, and workforce capability.
- Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset to identify, develop, and implement innovative HR solutions that drive measurable business value across client organizations.
- Align employee strengths, skills, and passions with roles that maximize engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Provide expert HR guidance across recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Design and implement compliant, scalable HR policies and practices tailored to each client.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for employee relations matters.
- Oversee compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive training, development, and workforce planning initiatives that support long-term growth.
- Champion digital transformation within HR by leading the adoption of modern technologies and AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to enhance recruiting, analytics, communication, and employee engagement.
- Take ownership of new initiatives, pilots, and process improvements—acting as an internal entrepreneur to test, refine, and scale solutions across client organizations.
- Promote a data-informed HR culture by leveraging HRIS systems and analytics to generate insights and guide strategic workforce decisions.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data within HRIS systems (UKG preferred).
- Stay ahead of evolving HR trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to continuously improve HR practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Experience in manufacturing environments strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience managing HRIS systems (UKG Pro preferred).
- Experience leading and leveraging modern workplace technologies, including AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot), to enhance HR processes and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
- Strong business acumen with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
