Employment Service Connection, Inc. is seeking a motivated Repack Team Lead to oversee daily operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you're an experienced warehouse leader who enjoys coaching employees, maintaining quality standards, and keeping production moving efficiently, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Lead and support a team of warehouse associates during daily operations.
- Assign work and monitor productivity to ensure production goals are achieved.
- Train, coach, and mentor new and existing employees.
- Ensure all quality standards and customer specifications are followed.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and workplace safety.
- Coordinate daily production schedules and workflow.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments.
- Assist with inventory, changeovers, and operational problem-solving.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Team Lead, Lead Warehouse Associate, Shift Lead, or Supervisor.
- Warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday
- 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Three-day weekends every week!
