Client Services Agent (LOA)
Location: Stratford, CT (Onsite for initial onboarding/2026; potential hybrid flexibility thereafter based on performance)

Our client is seeking a warm, organized, and service-driven Client Services Agent to join our growing team. You will come onboard as a Licensed-Only Agent (LOA) operating primarily out of our Stratford, CT office.
This is a relationship-first role centered around protecting and serving our existing book of business. Your core mission during your first year is to master our infrastructure and provide elite care to our established clients across Medicare, ACA, Group Health, and related lines, ensuring they never feel forgotten or transactional.
Key Responsibilities & What You'll Do- Primary Client & Medicare Management: Act as the daily point of contact for established clients, utilizing your strong background in handling Medicare reviews, enrollments, and carrier networks.
- Retention & Renewal Operations: Manage renewals, plan changes, and inbound service tickets with high care, speed, and regulatory precision.
- Systems & Data Tracking: Utilize our CRM, quoting platforms, and carrier portals to flawlessly document client histories and maintain account health.
- Existing Book of Business (If Applicable): If you currently manage your own book of business, we are open to discussing how those clients might be incorporated under our client's umbrella (whether joining as an employee or independent contractor).
