Job Summary
OneAmerica Securities is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Broker-Dealer Operations Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the broker-dealer’s books and records in compliance with regulatory standards. You will play a key role in processing business transactions and supporting the operational integrity of our broker-dealer platform.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform initial review and data entry of new account forms, applications, and checks.

Process and forward direct securities applications and checks to appropriate financial service providers.

Execute account maintenance tasks, including customer account reassignment and updates.

Assist in resolving transaction processing errors and discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records, files, and databases to support broker-dealer operations and regulatory compliance.
What You Will Need:
- 2 year's experience customer service required.

College degree or work experience lieu preferred (insurance, operations, call center, investments or financial services).
- Familiarity with broker-dealer operations and regulatory requirements is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and reconciliation skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members and internal partners.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High School Diploma required, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Salary Band: 2A
This selected candidate will be expected to work Hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team building and collaboration.
