Position Summary:

- Operational Excellence - Sales: Ensure E-Commerce sales are maximized through online marketplaces and quality assurance of listings.
- Talent Management: Ensure employees are trained and developed; manages facility personnel needs.
- Performance & Standards: Ensure financial and business control through reporting and communication.
- Services & Programs: Ensure continued community involvement and education around Goodwill-Easter Seals.
- Safety and Risk: Ensure safety and protection of employees, assets and facilities.
Job Pay & Perks:
- Pay range: $60,400 - $88,550

Prior Experience & Education:
- 3-5 Years of relevant experience required
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred
