We are looking for 2 experienced Hardware Verification Engineers to join a leading Aerospace client working on safety-critical FPGA development and verification projects.

Key Requirements:

• 8–20 years of Hardware/FPGA Verification experience
• Strong expertise in SystemVerilog and/or UVM
• FPGA verification in lab testing and/or Hardware FPGA Design Verification
• Hands-on experience with DO-254 certification processes (Mandatory)
• Ability to guide and mentor offshore verification teams on DO-254 documentation, compliance, and verification processes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Experience with Xilinx FPGA devices is a strong advantage

Responsibilities:

• FPGA RTL Design & Simulation using VHDL, Verilog & SystemVerilog
• Develop UVM-based verification environments and testbenches
• Perform timing analysis, linting, and CDC verification
• Create DO-254 certification artifacts for airborne electronic hardware
• Support FAA SOI audits and design assurance activities
• Collaborate with global engineering teams while providing technical and process guidance

Qualifications:

• STEM Degree (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field)
• Extensive FPGA/ASIC development and verification experience
• Aerospace or Avionics experience is highly preferred
