Key Responsibilities
• Develop and lead quality assurance strategies ensuring product safety and compliance
• Establish and communicate quality standards across departments
• Oversee product testing, inspections, and corrective actions
• Analyze quality data and customer feedback to drive improvements
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal policies
• Lead third-party and customer audits with confidence
• Manage and mentor a team of quality control technicians across multiple shifts
• Own and maintain the company’s food safety plan
• Support R&D initiatives and manage the product sample program
• Promote continuous improvement and accountability throughout the organization
Qualifications
• 5 years in Quality Control/Quality Assurance
• 3 years managing teams in manufacturing or food production
• Proven success with SQF audits and food safety certifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to lead across multiple shifts and collaborate cross-functionally
