Compensation: Starting at $16.00/hour. Higher starting rates may be offered based on relevant experience, proven reliability, and work history

Schedule: Monday-Friday 4:30pm-8:30pm - No Weekends!

About the Role

EG Workplace Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Custodians to join our Managed Services team. We provide professional cleaning and facility support services for offices, executive, and manufacturing environments throughout the Greater Grand Rapids area. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality results and maintaining clean, safe, and professional workplaces.

What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain offices, executive suites, restrooms, break rooms, common areas, and manufacturing spaces
• Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, locker rooms, and other shared areas following established procedures
• Vacuum, sweep, dust, and mop floors to maintain a clean and professional environment
• Operate floor scrubbers and other janitorial equipment safely and effectively
• Ensure executive and high-visibility areas consistently meet elevated cleanliness standards
• Monitor supplies and report maintenance or facility concerns as needed
• Follow all safety, quality, and professionalism standards while maintaining confidentiality when required

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous janitorial, custodial, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance experience preferred
• Experience cleaning executive offices, professional workplaces, or corporate environments is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent attendance, reliability, and time-management skills
• Reliable transportation and steel-toe shoes required
