Our client is seeking a full-time Senior Business Operations Analyst in McLean, Virginia, with an hourly pay range of $54.00. This role involves standard business hours and is a contract position within a leading organization dedicated to financial services and risk management. The position offers an opportunity to impact enterprise risk mitigation strategies and support critical third-party programs, contributing to the overall security and operational excellence of a reputable company.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Governance Advisor to execute critical third-party and vulnerability incident management programs.
- Ensure division compliance with internal risk management guidelines related to critical third parties and crisis response.
- Manage data platforms supporting EOCTP and VIM programs, including launch and review of assessments to identify risks.
- Synthesize complex data into detailed reports and dashboards to guide leadership decision-making.
- Develop and maintain monthly third-party metrics dashboards and VIM trackers.
- Facilitate meetings, forums, and follow-ups with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Support leadership by leveraging the One Trust platform to streamline processes.
- Write communications, procedures, job aids, reports, and presentation materials.
- Monitor EOCTP, cybersecurity, and third-party risk management news and trends for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Treasury, Data Analytics, Project Management, Finance, Information Security, or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in risk management or third-party risk management, preferably within financial services.
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with initiative.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills for data interpretation and strategic insights.
- Knowledge of third-party risk assessment, identification, remediation, and monitoring.
- Experience with cybersecurity incident management.
- Familiarity with third-party risk management frameworks and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; experience with One Trust platform is preferred.
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in McLean.
