Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 pm some overtime.

Job description:

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced On-Site Supervisor to oversee associates. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and build a strong professional relationship with client.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations of staffing agency employees
• Coordinate and manage safety meetings
• Assist with checking in new hires on their start date
• Orientate new employees on company policies and safety expectations
• Build relationships with client, as well as on-site employees
• Maintain and present weekly reports to leadership
• Ensure employees arrive with proper ppe daily
• Conduct observations of temporary associates to ensure safety and best practices are followed
• Provide feedback to temporary associates
• Address any performance or attitude concerns of temporary associates
• Implement safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in staffing and on site supervision or management is essential.
• Familiarity with ats software such as bullhorn
• Strong understanding of time keeping systems and time card management
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and employees
