This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is entrepreneurial, organized, and eager to make a meaningful impact. The ideal candidate is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, learn the business from the ground up, and eventually help lead key operational and strategic initiatives alongside ownership.
Staffing industry experience is preferred but not required. We are open to candidates from operations, logistics, manufacturing, workforce management, recruiting, or other fast-paced service environments who have demonstrated strong leadership, accountability, and problem-solving abilities.

About the Role
The successful candidate will spend significant time during the first several months learning the business, understanding internal operations, working directly with team members, supporting client relationships, and becoming familiar with the day-to-day challenges and opportunities of the organization.

This may include assisting with client relationships, account management, operational problem-solving, recruiting support, customer service issues, and other responsibilities that help ensure the success of the organization.
We believe the most effective leaders understand the details before they lead from a higher level.
