This position involves working with hand drills, plywood, adhesives, and various hand tools to assemble and manufacture quality products. Responsibilities:
- Operate hand drills and other hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and secure plywood components according to specifications.
- Apply glues and adhesives to materials while ensuring proper bonding and quality standards.
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with other production and assembly tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, woodworking, or construction experience preferred.
- Experience using hand drills and hand tools.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, bending, and reaching.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment.
