Position: Election Admin Clerk

Location: Wailuku, HI

Pay: $18/hour

Experience: Not required. Basic knowledge of clerical practices is required.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Job Description

• Provide clerical support for county election operations.
• File, organize, and maintain election-related documents and records.
• Assist with data entry and verification of voter information.
• Support daily office activities during election periods.
• Handle confidential materials in accordance with election procedures.
• Assist county staff with administrative tasks as assigned.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to perform data entry and processing duties.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail when handling official records.
• Basic computer skills for clerical and data entry tasks.
• Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work a consistent schedule.
