Job Description
In this role, you can expect to:
- Analyze and interpret people data to provide insights that drive HR strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Use data visualization tools to create reports that communicate key insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track workforce trends and performance indicators in One Model.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by working closely with HR technology systems and platforms.
- 3 years of experience in people and/or talent analytics.
- Expertise in data visualization platforms such as One Model, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present complex data insights clearly.
- Ability to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes.
