Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling, inspecting, and preparing window components in a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with manufacturing equipment, hand and power tools, and possess mechanical aptitude to ensure high-quality production standards. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in assembly line processes within a dynamic manufacturing facility.
Duties
- Assemble window frames and glass components using hand tools and power tools with precision and efficiency
- Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials throughout the facility
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues during assembly or production processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to promote safety and productivity
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment
- Assist with inventory management by accurately tracking parts and finished goods on the assembly line
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or factory settings preferred
- Familiarity with assembly line operations and use of hand tools and power tools required
- Warehouse experience, including forklift operation, is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary
- Mechanical knowledge or background in working with manufacturing equipment is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment within a manufacturing facility setting
