This role provides expertise, mentorship, and guidance to mid-level Project Managers throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. The Senior Project Manager also oversees comprehensive project delivery—including planning, design, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, construction administration, consultant engagement, and close-out—ensuring alignment with System standards, regulatory requirements, and the organization’s strategic goals

Position: Senior manager Audit
Shift: Day
Experience:
1. Minimum of 15 years of general construction experience
2. Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience with major large scale construction and renovation projects from an engineering, architecture, construction viewpoint
3. Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects and/or portfolios strongly preferred
4. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups
Education:
1. Bachelor's degree required with concentration in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
Licensures/Certifications:
1. Professional Engineer in Commonwealth of Pennsylvania a plus
2. Professional certifications (CHC, PMP, CCM, PE, AIA, LEED AP) highly desirable
Salary : $122,304 - $189,488
