You will be the initial contact for scheduled patients entering Main Line Health facilities and responsible for accurate and timely pre-registration, verification of all financial information, verification of all precertification’s/referrals and notification of financial liability to all scheduled patients, ensuring all financial and regulatory requirements are met.

Position: Pre-Encounter Representative
Shift: Full-Time, Day Schedule
Experience:
1. Minimum of two year’s registration experience in a medical setting is preferred.
2. Knowledge of personal computer and relevant software applications is required.
3. Experience working with billing and financial data preferred.
4. Two years working in customer service is required.
5. Knowledge of insurance and reimbursement preferred.
6. Knowledge of medical terminology required.
Education:
High school diploma / GED Required.
