Responsible for assisting patients and navigating through their continuum of care.

Position: Patient/Guest Relations Navigator
Shift: 20 hours per week (day/evening shift) - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Experience:
1. Minimum of five years experience in a clinical setting preferred.
2. Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English sufficiently to perform job duties.
3. Strong interpersonal skills; able to professionally interact with all internal and external customers.
Education:
1. Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field required.
2. RN/BSN or MSW/MSS preferred.
Licensures/Certifications:
Current license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania if applicable.
Salary : $65,520 - $101,504
