Using your dynamic leadership skills while working within the 12 labor rooms and 28 post-partum rooms, you would collaborate with the Nurse Manager to ensure safe, efficient and economical operation of the department. As a Clinical Coordinator, you would be caring for women during childbirth and the days immediately following. Ensuring appropriate staffing needs are met as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure the safety of patient care is provided, your overall clinical responsibilities will comprise of greater than 50% of your time.

Position: Clinical Coordinator - Family Centered Maternity Unit- Labor Delivery Post Partum
Shift: 36 hours per week, 7:00pm- 7:30am. With rotational weekend and holiday requirements, determined by manager, based on need.
Experience:
1. 3-5 years of recent labor delivery- post -partum nursing required.
2. Prior charge nurse or other related leadership experience preferred.
Education:
1. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
2. BSN preferred, other related Bachelor's Degree or pursuing required.
3. MSN or other related Master's Degree preferred.
Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
3. Certification in specialty area desired.
Salary : $6,000
