Position: Care Coordinator RN
Shift: Monday-Friday; day shift plus weekend and holiday coverage
Experience:
3 years of recent clinical experience required, leadership experience preferred. If ADN, 10 years of experience required.
Education:
1. Associates Degree OR BSN required upon hire; if Associates, BSN required within 3 years of hire
2. Master's degree preferred
Licensures/Certifications:
Active PA RN license required
Requirements:

Salary : $77,958 - $120,806
