What are the responsibilities and job description for the HOUSEKEEPER (NIGHT SHIFT) position at Employee Benefits Fund?
An established ambulatory health services organization based in New York City has an immediate opening for a Night Shift Housekeeper (4:00 pm - 12:00 ma EST) for our Queens location. Our health centers are staffed with a wide range of health professionals to provide extensive medical and diagnostic services.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Vacuuming, mopping, floor scrubbing, stripping, buffing and waxing floors
- Trash and biohazard waste removal
- Dusting, disinfecting of common areas
- Clearing of sidewalk, may include removal of snow
Qualifications:
- Two years’ housekeeping experience at a health center or hospital
- Experience stripping and waxing floors
- Customer service oriented
- Knowledge of biohazard waste removal a plus
- Must work well independently and as part of a team.
