Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Account Executive role located in Westmont, IL at Employco USA. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business relationships, and providing HR solutions to clients. The role involves conducting client meetings, presenting solutions, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales, account management, and customer relationship management skills
- Experience in B2B sales preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to understand HR and payroll outsourcing solutions and industry trends
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in Human Resources, Payroll or related field is a plus
Base pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
This position’s compensation includes both base salary and commission. We anticipate the annual base salary to be in the range of $55,000 to $90,000 depending on the person’s qualifications and other operational considerations.
