Metal Production Associate (Departer)
We are currently seeking dependable candidates with experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment for a Metal Production Associate (Departer) position in Streetsboro. There are two shifts available, and we are looking to fill both day and night positions.
In this role, you will be working with large metal sheets, stacking, snipping, and preparing pieces for the next phase of the welding process. Candidates should be comfortable with physical work, handling heavy materials, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Shift:
Day Shift: 4x10s, Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:30pm, and mandatory overtime Fridays 5:00am–1:30pm
Night Shift: 4x12s, Monday–Thursday, 4:00pm–4:00am
Pay:
$18.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Stack, separate, and organize metal sheets for welding preparation
Snip and trim materials to specification
Perform visual inspections for quality and accuracy
Operate basic shop equipment and follow work instructions
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Communicate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or metalworking environment preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
