Maintenance Technician
We are currently seeking candidates with industrial maintenance experience for a Maintenance Technician position with a manufacturing customer in the Cuyahoga Falls area.
In this position, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery, equipment, and building systems to ensure consistent operations and minimal downtime.
Shift:
1st Shift, 6:00am – 4:30pm, Monday–Thursday (overtime as needed)
Pay:
$25.00 – $30.00/hr (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and repair records
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment efficiency
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and company policies
Minimum Requirements:
2 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or CMMS experience preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent
