Job Description:
Responsible for maximizing government/commercial reimbursement from payers by continuously monitoring and responding to reimbursement issues. Works collaboratively with Billing and the individual departments/units on issues of compliance, billing, accuracy, and denials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience required.
Two years of recent work in health care system or medical insurance industry in auditing, compliance, or billing preferred.
Use of Epic EMR system preferred.
